Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations or Order Changes
Due to the fast move around of your order, we do not accept cancellations made after 2 hours of your order being confirmed. Please make sure that you carefully check all your product details before confirming your order.
If you have placed an order and have changed your mind, you can make changes within 2 hours of placing your order. Any changes made after that will not be accepted. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change an order.
As we aim to curb the amount of wasted resources and carbon emissions, we may cancel your order if you cannot receive it due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will have to carefully assess your situation before we can cancel your order.
Once our team is notified about your order change or cancellation, your payment will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 days. If the value for your order change is higher, you will be required to complete the payment in order to confirm your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All items are carefully checked before being dispatched to you. In the event that you have received a faulty good, please follow the instructions below.
• You are required to inform us within 10 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Otherwise, we will consider that the order has been accepted by the customer.
• If your item has any faults once you receive it please send us an email at email@example.com and attach pictures of the item. Once your return has been approved you will receive an email with further instructions.
• All items must be unused with the tags intact and be returned using the original packaging.
• Please note that ALEAF retains the right to approve or deny return requests at our discretion.
Note: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds or Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges on your order as long as the items meet the criteria outlined within the returns section.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, then your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 days to show in your account.
Please allow for a period of 10 days for your refund to be processed.
If the product is damaged or returned after the 30 day return period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the item you want to exchange is priced lower than the item you have purchased you can choose to have the balance refunded or saved as store credit for your future purchases. Additionally, if the item you have purchased is priced higher than the item you have purchased, you will have to pay the balance due before we can confirm your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We want our customers to get only the best from us, so in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns. In order to return your items, it is important that you read and follow the instructions below.
• You are required to return your item(s) within 30 days from the date you received your order.
• All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in (including all tags) and be in the original packaging.
• Please make sure that all of the items are securely packed to refrain them from getting damaged. Returning your items is your responsibility until it reaches ALEAF.
• If an item returned to us is damaged or used, we will not be able to offer you a refund. We may have to send the item back to you and you will have to pay all shipping fees and any other charges that may apply.
• Your item(s) need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You cannot return sales items and items that have been personalised or customised. If you have any concerns regarding your order please contact us.
• Please also note that all shipping fees and other charges (duty, customs or levies) for items returned will be the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as return items are your responsibility until they reach us.
